  FACILITY  
One 8-lane 25m pool
There is limited spectator seating and free parking; please review the Swim Meet Guidelines located in the meet package on our website!

  SESSIONS   
Friday
   All - Timed Finals
       Warm-up ~ 4:00-4:55pm / Start ~ 5:00pm 

Saturday + Sunday
   13+Over - Morning(s) - Prelims
       Warm-up ~ 7:00-7:55am / Start ~ 8:00am
   12+Under - Afternoon(s) - Timed Finals
       Warm-up ~ 12:30-1:25pm / Start ~ 1:30pm
   13+Over - Evening(s) - Finals
       Warm-up ~ 5:30-6:25pm / Start ~ 6:30pm
 
  SPECIAL EVENTS  
The 50m Fly, 50m Back, 50m Breast will be swum as eliminators for the 13&O age groups. Age groupings will swim combined during prelims. Age groups for eliminator finals will be 13-14 and 15&Over. The top 8 swimmers in each of these preliminary events will move to the eliminator heats-which will be swum during the finals as follows: Top 8, Top 4, Top 2. All eliminator times are official!

$9.50 per individual event
$16.00 per distance events
$12.00 per relay
$10.00 coaching fee

  SPECIAL NOTES  
-ONE START rule, one false start is a DQ!
-All events for 12+Under swimmers are Timed Finals!
-Please bring a MASTERLOCK to store your valuables in the locker room!
-Distance free events will swim age combined; positive check-in required!
-The top 8 per age category+gender will proceed to finals: 13s, 14s, 15&Overs!
-Scoring: medals 1st-3rd, ribbons 4th-8th; relays will receive ribbons 1st-3rd!
-Individual High Point Awards for each male + female age group winner!

   FACILITY   
One 6-lane, 25m pool
There is a snack bar + lounge upstairs in this facility. There is a viewing area for parents! Swimmers must enter the pool deck through the change rooms only! Please note that the family change room will be available for storing items but swimmers are not permitted to use these showers as it is a shared space.

Session 1 * 10&O - Friday Afternoon
Warm-up~Girls=4:00-4:30pm + Boys=4:30-5:00pm/Start~5:05pm
Session 3 * 11-13 - Saturday Afternoon
Warm-up~Our team=1:30pm-2:00pm/Start~2:05pm
Session 5 * 11-13 - Sunday Afternoon
Warm-up~Our team=1:30pm + Boys=1:30-2:00pm/Start~2:05pm

Holiday Training Camp!

Greetings All!

The following details are for a Holiday Camp put on by Coach Beth + Coach Nick!  This is a swim camp where we will work on stroke technique and endurance training. Please anticipate these meaningful practices by taking extra rest and eating lots of food over the holidays. (You shouldn't have a problem with this!)

If we do not reach capacity, we may be able to accomodate daily drop-ins. However, you will need to contact Coach Beth prior to the practice to confirm space for your attendance!

One 8-lane, 25m pool
There is limited spectator seating, please arrive early to ensure a good view! Unfortunately, pay parking is enforced by the City of Mississauga all weekend.

   SESSION   
12&U Girls + 13&O Boys - Sunday Afternoon only
Warm-up~12:00-12:50pm / Start~1:00pm

   MEET FEES   
$9.00 per individual event
$10.00 coaching fee
Please submit all meet fees by Friday, December 7th!
