There is ample spectator seating, and parking fees are applicable.
SESSIONS
-SATURDAY/SUNDAY MORNINGS-
Warm-up~8:00-8:45am / Start~8:50am
-SATURDAY/SUNDAY AFTERNOONS-
Warm-up~1:40-2:25pm / Start~2:30pm
MEET FEES
$10.00 coaching fee
$10.00 per relay team
$7.50 per individual event
$5.00 WOSA swimmer surcharge
SCRATCH DEADLINE
Nooooo scratches! (Unless of an emergency of course)
BONUS SWIMS
A swimmer with two (2) or more qualified swims is NOT eligible for bonus swims. A swimmer who has qualified for only one event is permitted to swim one additional event in the same session, at the discretion of meet management.
AWARDS
INDIVIDUAL EVENTS: medals for 1st-3rd places, ribbons for 4th-8th places;
RELAYS: medals for 1st place, ribbons for 2nd+3rd places.
SPECIAL NOTES
-ONE START rule, one false start is a DQ!
-Please bring a lock to store your valuables in the locker room!
-Meet management reserves the right to enter 2 swimmers/lane for the 400m and 800m free if necessary to remain in the mandated session timelines.
-Championships shirts that were pre-ordered will be available for pick up from your coach during the first session of the meet.
-Events seeded slowest to fastest; events may be merged to comply with session time limits!
