Greetings Parents!  There has been some adjustments in the warm-up times AND meet notes from the original meet package!  Please review below!!!

Greetings Parents!  Is everyone excited to make our second trip to Burlington?  We love their FAST pool & supporting their club... perhaps even go to IKEA afterwards or the AWESOME Mapleview Mall !!! :) Here are the details, it's going to be fun!   -GCAC Coaching Staff-

           FACiLiTY           
One six-lane 25m pool!
There is limited spectator seating, so please arrive early to ensure you have a spot! The pool deck will be crowded, but swimmers can bring a chair if they wish! There is ample free parking and there will be a snack bar on site!


           SESSiONS           
-Sessions 2-
12+Unders - Saturday Late Morning - Timed Finals                               
Warm-ups @ 10:30-11:00 am / Starts @ 11:00 am


           MEET FEES          
$10.50 per individual event
$16.00 per relay/$4.00 each
$10.00 coaching fee per swimmer
Please submit fees by Wed., Feb. 28th!

           OFFiCiALS           
Please help support our club by signing up to officiate!  Being on deck is the best view in the house and the host team provides refreshments and meals  :)  You can register by contacting the BAD Officials Chair at officials@burlingtondevilrays.ca!


           SPECiAL NOTES         
-All events are Timed Finals!
-ONE START rule, one false start is a DQ!
-No food, no street shoes and no euchre on deck.  Cribbage is encouraged!
-Please bring a lock to store your awesome valuables in the locker room!
-Swimmers are limited to three individual entries per session!
-Due to over-subscription of this meet, the sessions were broken up and start times have been changed. ALL of our swimmers -10+Unders included-will swim with the 11+12 year old session!!!
-Swimmers who've never swum in an event will either be entered with a No Time (NT) or with an estimated time. 

re: 2018 Winter Festivals Meet Results!

What a FABULOUS Championship!!!

We had an AMAZING team experience competing against the TOP swimmers in Ontario!  We missed you Charis; we wish you a speedy recovery!  This was the FIRST Winter Festivals with GCAC for Eddie, Madison and Syrah!  You're FANTASTIC! 

Congratulations to ALL of our team members for their INCREDIBLE swims! We had lots of best times and TOP finishes, more time standards achieved and many team records shattered! We also have a NEW Provincial QUALIFIER: Congratulation Nathan!    

There were 87 teams participating!!! Our three AWESOME girls ranked 22nd, and our four AWESOME boys ranked 46th!

The coaches are extremely HAPPY and THRiLLED with everyone's efforts :) Our EXCiTiNG and FuN year continues :)
