Greetings to all of our Current and Prospective swim team families!


We hope you're gearing up for the lovely holiday season, it's coming up fast!  The weather changed so quickly  :)


We are pleased to announce our Winter Registration:
WHEN=  Sunday, December 2nd
WHAT TIME= 2:00-4:00pm
WHERE= Community Room in the Dr. Huq Family Library; located inside the St. Catharines Kiwanis Aquatic Center!


You can find all of our registration information and forms up on our website, in the drop down menu from the "Join GCAC" button!


***Returning families need only to provide the first page of the registration form!***


Registration is on a first come, first serve basis :)
Our Aqua Club programs (non-competitive) will begin the week of January 7th, the same week that school resumes after the holiday break!

One six-lane, 25m pool with Daktronics Timing Systems.
There is plenty of parking, and upper level spectator viewing.

-ONE START rule, be still on the blocks please!!!
-Please bring a lock to store your valuables in the locker room!
-Food is not permitted on the pool deck!
-Absolutely no Marvel comics on deck; DC Universe is acceptable.
-Please be make sure you come to the pool at the proper session time!

Greetings Parents!  Is everyone excited to swim in a NEW pool to us?  We're stoked to get more distance in before the new year; for those who love to swim so much they can't get enough!  Here are the details; it's going to be an adventure! -GCAC Coaching Staff-

One 8-lane 25m pool divided, with access to a warm up/warm down pool. 
Spectators will have access to bleacher seating on deck, though you may want to bring your own chair! Swimmers PLEASE bring your own chairs to sit on; there will be a concession stand on site!

~ 13+Overs ~ Friday PM Prelim Session! ~
Warm-ups @ 3:00-3:40pm / Starts @ 3:45pm

~ 12+Unders ~ Friday EVE Timed Final Session! ~
Warm-ups @ 6:00-6:40pm / Starts @ 6:45pm

re: Burlington Fall Invitational Meet Results!

Congratulations to everyone for an  AMAZING  meet this weekend!  :)

We had lots of  BEST TIMES , great  TEAM SPiRiT , team records broken, and  AWESOME  relays!! (We love relays!)  

We also have some new WOSA qualifiers, team records broken, and more WOSA, Festival, Ontario Youth Junior and Ontario Swimming Championship time standards achieved!  WAY TO GO! 

The coaches are very proud of everyone's accomplishments!
