Greetings Parents! Is everyone excited to attend our annual meet across the border?  The kids will see all new faces, and it will be GREAT to race different, FAST competition! ...and don't forget TOWEL PANTS!!!  Here are the details. This is going to be a FUN adventure! -GCAC Coaching Staff-

One 8-lane, 50m pool
Programs will be on sale for $10.00; concession stand will be available!

There is limited spectator seating in the bleachers on deck. There is free parking in the lot adjacent to the building. Parking is not permitted in the "ABOVE" lots near Aldi's and Sears; offenders will be towed!



       SESSiONS       
WHOLE TEAM - Friday Afternoon / Distance
Warm-ups @ 3:15pm / Starts @ 4:15pm
***Parents must be available for timing their swimmers!

WHOLE TEAM - Saturday Afternoon
Warm-ups @ 12:15pm (approx. 45 min after AM session) / Starts @ 1:00pm
***Please be on deck by 12:00pm to be in the water on time! 

WHOLE TEAM - Sunday Afternoon
Warm-ups @ 11:30pm (approx. 45 min after AM session) / Starts @ 12:15pm
***Please be on deck by 11:15am to be in the water on time!



       MEET FEES       
$5.00 USD / per individual event
$7.00 USD / deck fee per swimmer
$15.00 CAD coaching fee per swimmer
$4.09 CAD per day SwimON Travel Insurance
Please remit all fees by Wednesday, May 15th via cheque or e-transfer!
You will be invoiced with the latest CAD-USD exchange rate!

-All events are Timed Finals!
-ONE START rule, one false start is a DQ!
-800+1500 events will be swum fastest to slowest, alternating Girls + Boys!
-Positive check-in required for 400+ events; three timers must be provided!
-Please bring a lock to store your valuables in the locker room!
-Open evens will be scored as "Open Mixed" by times only, no awards!

re: Speedo Easterns + Trials Meet Results!

We're  THRiLLED  with our swimming in Quebec City in this  NATiONAL  championship meet, and in Toronto (TPASC) for Trials!  They were fun aadventurese in one of the fastest pools in Quebec, and the fastest in Ontario, amongst the best in Eastern Canada and ALL of Canada! 

We had   AMAZiNG   swims, more time standards achieved, lots of best times and team records broken!   Way to Go!  

The coaches are  SUPER  proud of everyone's efforts!!  Great job!!

Once again, a  SPECiAL THANKS  to all of our parents + siblings who came to cheer on their athletes!
