      FACILITY
One 72m pool divided into one 10-lane 50m pools.
There will be a 6-lane, 25m warm-up/warm-down tank available.
There is ample spectator seating, but it may be tight due to the size of the meet (please arrive EARLY to guarantee spots); and limited free parking.
There is a snack bar on site, and Team Aquatic Supplies should also be there!

There will be an "A" final only for girls and boys 13s + 14s + 15s + 16s + 17&O

      AWARDS
Medals: 1st - 3rd for individual events; 1st only for relays.
Ribbons: 4th - 8th for individuals events; 2nd + 3rd only for relays.
Age Groupings: 10&U's, 11s, 12s, 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s, 17&O's
Relay Groupings: 10&U's, 11+12s, 13+14s, 15&O's

      BONUS SWIMS
Swimmers qualifying in one event may swim THREE bonus events.
Swimmers qualifying in two events may swim TWO bonus events.
Swimmers qualifying in three events may swim ONE bonus event.
Swimmers qualifying in four+ events will have ZERO bonus events.

      PARA
PARA swimmers will be officiated under WPS Swimming Rules!

In PARA events with five (5) or more entries, swimmers will be mixed in with the regular heats seeded by time and then compete in a seperate PARA final.

Events with five (5) or less entries will be swum in a Timed Final heat during the preliminary sessions!

      SPECIAL NOTES
~ONE START rule, one false start is a DQ!
~Swimmers have a GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP before your race day(s)!!! :)
~13+Overs will swim combined AGES and be separated for results and finals!
~Please bring a lock to store your valuables in the locker room!
~There is VERY LITTLE deck space. Swimmers may want to bring a chair!
~Absolutely NO laser tag on deck; Pictionary is permitted.
~Events seeded slowest to fastest; distance events seeded fastest to slowest!
~Swimmers who have a Festivals, OYJ or OSC will NOT be entered in this meet, with a few exceptions!
~DEQUALIFYING TIMES: 12&U who qualify for FESTIVALS may not swim those events; 13+O who qualify for OYJ+OSC may not swim those events.

What a FAST meet! WAY to go TEAM!

We had a great team experience swimming among some of the best in Ontario! This was the first meet we've been to with short course prelims and long course finals! You guys swam AWESOME!

Congratulations to ALL of our team members for their AMAZING swims! We had lots of best times and finals, more time standards achieved and many team records broken! We also have two NEW WOSA Qualifiers: Jayne + Sebastian; and one NEW Provincial OYJ Qualifier: Congratulations Madison!

The coaches are extremely HaPPY and THRiLLED with everyone's efforts :) What an EXCiTiNG and FuN year thus far :)
