Due to the sizeable (and unexpected) subscription to this championship, the competition will be split into two venues; Etobicoke and Markham. We will be swimming in Etobicoke!... this is going to be a LARGE & FAST meet!

Etobicoke Olympium Markham PAN AM Centre

. ~FACiLiTiES~
ETOBICOKE: One 8-lane 50m pool plus one 25m pool available for warm-up/warm down throughout the meet. There's plenty of on-deck seating for spectators and free parking; there's an overflow lot adjacent to the facility.
MARKHAM: One ten-lane 50m pool! There's plenty of spectator seating; there's limited parking with an overflow lot in the field adjacent to the pool. There will NOT be a snack bar on site so you might want to pack extra food and drinks! :)

$20.00 coaching fee (overnight meet)
$15.00 per individual event
$5.00 donation for gift bags
$5.65 swimmer splash fee

. ~BONUS SWiMS~
13yrs qualifying in one event may swim THREE bonus events.
13yrs qualifying in two events will receive TWO bonus events.
13yrs qualifying in three events will receive ONE bonus events.
13yrs qualifying in three+ events will receive ZERO bonus events.
15yrs qualifying in one event may swim ONE bonus event.
15yrs qualifying in two+ events will receive ZERO bonus events.
16yrs qualifying in one event will receive ZERO bonus events.
16yrs qualifying in two+ events will receive ONE bonus event.
. ~FiNALS~
There will be an "A" final only for the top 8 swimmers of each event, to be swum in Etobicoke!
. ~SPECiAL NOTES~
~All events are Timed Finals; one false start rule applies.
~Events will be seeded from slowest to fastest!
~Bring a lock to store your valuables in the locker room!
~Please be sure your swimmer has a good night sleep prior to racing!
~Age Categories: 13&U, 14s, 15s, 16&17, Open
~Swimmers will race combined during prelims but will be separated according to age and gender for finals!
~Results from Markham Pool will be exported and sent electronically to
the Olympium to be merged with the results from the Olympium heats, and
all will be scored together. Results will be posted at the Olympium and
sent electronically back to Markham for posting. Full/Complete event
results will be posted at both venues. When results are posted they will
be announced at each venue.
