Parents! Is everyone excited to make our annual trip to Burlington? We love the FAST pool (specially since they renovated it) and supporting their club! Here are the details, it's going to be a GREAT weekend! -GCAC Coaching Staff-

FACiLiTY
One six-lane 25m pool!
There is limited spectator seating; and the pool deck will be crowded! There is ample free parking; there may be a snack bar on site!
SESSiONS
-Sessions 2 + 4-
13+Overs - Saturday & Sunday Mornings - Timed Finals
Warm-ups @ 8:00-8:40am / Starts @ 8:45am
-Session 3 + 5-
12+Unders - Saturday & Sunday Afternoons - Timed Finals
Warm-ups @ 12:30-1:10pm / Starts @ 1:15pm
MEET FEES
$10.50 per individual event
$12.50 per deck entry
$16.00 per relay/$4.00 each
$10.00 coaching fee/swimmer
Please submit fees by Wed., Nov. 2nd
SCRATCH DEADLiNE
Friday, October 14th
Families who scratch after this date will be responsible for meet fees!
Entries are be posted on the "Meets" page of the website!
OFFiCiALS
Please
help support our club by signing up to officiate! Being on deck is the best view
in the house and the host team provides refreshments and meals :) You can
register by contacting the BAD Officials Chair at officials@burlingtondevilrays.ca!
SPECiAL NOTES
-All events are Timed Finals!
-ONE START rule, one false start is a DQ!
-No food, no street shoes and no pinochle. Euchre is encouraged!
-Please bring a good lock to store your valuables in the locker room!
-Swimmers are limited to three individual entries per session!
-Swimmers who've never swum in an event will be entered with a No Time (NT).
-Swimmers will be seeded in combined events; times seeded slowest to fastest.
-Swimmers will be separated by age group & gender for awards.
-The top three per age category+gender will receive medals: 10&Us, 11s, 12s, 13s, 14s, 15&Os.
