590 Rathburn Road

FACiLiTY
This is a 50m 8-lane pool divided into two 25m pools.
There's plenty of seating for spectators and free parking.
There is a snack bar on site!
SESSiONS
14&Overs - Saturday + Sunday Morning
Warm-up~8:00am / Start~9:00am / Finish~12:00pm
13&Unders - Saturday + Sunday Afternoon
Warm-up~12:00pm / Start~1:00pm / Finish~5:00pm
MEET FEES
$9.50 per event ($0.50 per swim will be donated to the Hall of Fame)
$10.00 coaching fee per swimmer
Please submit all fees by Wed. October 11th

Historically, ESWiM has a large enough membership to officiate their own meets :) However, if you're interested or need a sign off, please let our Officials Coordinator Jeff Clemmensen know!
SPECiAL NOTES...
-All races will be seeded slowest to fastest.
-All events are Timed Finals; one false start rule applies.
-Please bring lots of fluids and healthy snacks please!
-Bring a lock to store food and valuables in the locker room
-All age groups will be swum together; girls & boys will swim separate.
-Absolutely no Chutes + Ladders on deck; Parcheesi is acceptable.
-Bell Prizes will be awarded at various times, for random heats!.
-Events 19 + 20 (200 IM) are for 11-13yr old swimmers only.
-Events 21 + 22 (100 IM) are for 10 & Under swimmers only.
-Ribbons will be awarded to the top 8 swimmers in each age category per event (10&U, 11s, 12s, 13s, 14+15, 16&O)
