are very excited and pleased to announce that the 2018 Summer Swim Team
will be hosted again by the Garden City Piranhas (GCP)!
This will be GCP’s sixth year managing, and the 13th summer for the program & coaches! We’re looking forward to a *FANTASTIC* season, with warm weather and sunny days!

Our season begins on Monday, July 9th and ends Friday, August 17th! Throughout the regular season we will be attending three inter-league meets, culminating with a Regional Championship. ***REMINDER***Athletes who join us during the year must swim as "exhibition" during the NRSSL swim meets. They will still receive ribbons though!
We have plenty of *FuN* activities planned this summer including team games every Wednesday, Pizza Nights & Donut Days, and our season-ending pool party!
Youth Swim (11&U)
Practices are from 5:30-6:30pm, Monday thru Friday
Parents, you may choose the amount of practices & competitions your swimmer attends!
Summer Rate: $315.00 (tax incl.)
Limited space; there will be a wait list if registration fills up!
Age Group Swim (12+O)
Practices are from 5:30-6:30pm, Monday Thru Friday
Parents, you may choose the amount of practices & competitions your swimmer attends!

Limited space; if we reach capacity, this group could be moved to 6:30-7:30pm!

2nd child (+ additional) ~ receives 10% discount
Training Camps (Competitive / Non-Competitive)
We will also be offering training camps throughout the summer during various times.
These will be offered in alternating weeks to competitive swimmers and learn-to-swim/non-competitive swimmers. The dates/times/fees for these have been posted on the website, just click on the "Summer" button! All camps will run in the Kiwanis Aquatic Center!
You may come at any time to register on June 3rd from 12:00-2:00pm at SKAC!
The Piranhas will be swimming in Port Dahlousie Pool!

:~LEAGUE REMINDERS~:
The N.R.S.S.L. voted to make some changes in swimmer eligibility.
The league decided that ANY swimmer who swims in ANY learn-to-swim program in ANY capacity (non-competitive or competitive) during the calendar year-regardless of how many hours per week they swim- are ineligible to participate in the league Championships.
Swimmers affected: high school swimmers, any swimmer enrolled in GCAC or like program (teen swim at Brock or the Boys & Girls club, etc.). Swimmers who took swimming lessons from a municipality for no more than 3 hours per week are eligible to compete!
We're excited to see everyone again this summer after another busy year! We're going to have a fantastic time! See you all soon!
