   PARA SWIMMING   
-In PARA swimming events with fewer than five entries, the event(s) will be PARA swimmers only during the preliminaries, scored as timed finals.
-In PARA swimming events with more than five or more entries, PARA swimmers will compete with able-bodied heats during the preliminaries, seeded by time then compete in a separate PARA event during finals session(s).

   AWARDS   
Able Bodied Medals: 1st - 3rd for individual events; 1st only for relays.
Able Bodied Ribbons: 4th - 8th for individuals events; 2nd + 3rd only for relays.
PARA: Medals will be awarded in IPC-eligible events only using the SNC Performance Calculator, and shall be awarded on a "mixed gender" basis to the top 3 swimmers in each event.  In order to award gold there must be at least 2 competitors, to award silver there must be at least 3 competitors and to award bronze there must be at least 4 competitors in the event.

-Swimmers qualifying in one event may swim one bonus event.

Spring Break Training Camp

Greetings All!

We're pleased to announce that we will be hosting a training camp during March Break!  The session will include four 2hr practices, and one 1.5hr practice; the cost is $90.85 (tx incl.)!  You may drop-in for $18 per practice (tax incl.)!

The following are our dates + times:

While preparing for these sessions, please expect challenging and physically demanding practices. Please ensure to eat no later than two hours prior to coming to the pool, and hydrate throughout the day. Also, please pack two beverages each day-preferably one water bottle plus one sports drink. We request that you arrive 20 minutes before the practice start time so that we may stretch and warm-up before swimming.

Parents, please remind your swimmer to have their bags fully packed and ready to go!  (We have extra caps + goggles on hand, but no extra bathing suits!)  Also, we encourage our athletes to eat a healthy snack within 20 minutes after practice and stretch for fifteen-twenty minutes 2hrs after practice. Thank you and we hope you enjoy your break!
