The Windsor International Aquatic & Training Centre

FACILITY
One 71m pool divided into two 10-lane 25m pools
There is ample spectator seating, but parking may be limited + possibly pay.

SESSIONS
-FRiDAY-
ALL - Afternoon - Timed Finals
Warm-up~4:00-4:50pm / Start~5:00pm
-SATURDAY-
13+14 & 15+O - Morning - Prelims - 10 lane heats/top 10 go to finals
Warm-up~7:30-8:20am / Start~8:30am
10+U & 11+12 - Afternoon - Timed Finals - swum in 10 lane heats
Warm-up~11:30am-12:20pm / Start~12:30pm
ALL - Evening - Finals - will be swum in 10 lane heats/only top 8 score
Warm-up~5:00-5:50pm / Start~6:00pm
-SUNDAY-
13+14 & 15+O - Morning - Prelims - 10 lane heats/top 10 go to finals

MEET FEES
$9.04 per individual event
$5.65 splash fee per swimmer
$13.65 per relay ~ $3.39 each
$20.00 coaching fee* (slight increase as this is an overnight meet)
SCRATCH DEADLINE
no scratches please!
SPECIAL NOTES
-ONE START rule, one false start is a DQ!
-Medals will be awarded for 1st-3rd place!
-Ribbons will be awarded for 4th-8th place!
-All events for 12+Under swimmers are Timed Finals!
-Scratch deadline for finals is within 30 minutes of results being posted!
-Positive check-in is required for all 12&U swimmers prior to the session!
-Swimmers are allowed to enter into maximum 6 events over the 3 days!
-Please bring a MASTERLOCK lock to store your valuables in the locker room!
-Events seeded slowest to fastest; distance events seeded fastest to slowest!
-The top 10 per age category+gender will proceed to finals, with 2 alternates!
-FiNALS= 13+14 (combined age groups), 15+OVER (combined age groups)
-12&U RELAYS: Will be swum as the first event in the FINALS sessions!
