~OFFiCiALS~
We
are required to provide officials during each session in order to
participate in the meet! Please register online to officiate here

~FACiLiTY~
One six-lane 50m pool with the OMEGA timing system.
There is limited spectator seating and parking fees may be applicable, but there is free parking in the "White Permit" areas only.
Team Aquatic Supplies will be on-site!

-SATURDAY SESSiON 1-11+12 B plus 10+U G!
Warm-ups @ 7:00-7:55pm / Starts @ 8:00am
-SATURDAY SESSiON 2-distance events!
Warm-ups @ 11:30-12:25pm / Starts @ 12:30pm
-SATURDAY SESSiON 3-11+12 G plus 10+U B!
Warm-ups @ 2:30-3:25pm / Starts @ 3:30pm
-SUNDAY SESSiON 4-11+12 B plus 10+U G!
Warm-ups @ 7:00-7:55pm / Starts @ 8:00am
-SUNDAY SESSiON 5-11+12 G plus 10+U B!

~MEET FEES~
$16.00 per relay / $4.00 each
$9.25 per individual event
$5.00 WOSA swimmer surcharge
$20.00 coaching fee (slight increase as this is an overnight meet)
~SCRATCHESS~
No scratches please!
~BONUS SWiMS~
1 qualifying time will receive 3 bonus swims!
2 qualifying times will receive 2 bonus swims!
3 qualifying times will receive 1 bonus swims!
4+ qualifying times will receive 0 bonus swims!
~AWARDS~
Individual Scoring: 10 & Unders, 11s, 12s
Relay Scoring: 11 & 12
Medals: 1st - 3rd for individual events; 1st only for relay events
Ribbons: 4th - 8th for individuals events; 2nd + 3rd only for relay events
~SPECiAL NOTES~
-ONE START rule, one false start is a DQ!
-Please bring a lock to store your valuables in the locker room!
-11&12s will be combined but separated by gender & will be scored separately in the results! The fastest heat in each 11-12 event will be the top seeded 12yr old times; the second fastest heat will be the top seeded 11 yr old times!
-Events will be seeded slowest to fastest, except in the distance events!
-Each session will run as close to the 4.5 hr timeline as possible!
-This meet is being marshaled and swimmers must check-in before their race!
-Don't forget to pick up your pre-ordered meet merchandise!
