Ontario Provincial Age Group Championships LC 2015

July 2nd + 3rd + 4th + 5th
. ~LOCATiON~
Nepean Sportsplex
1701 Woodroffe Avenue
Nepean, ON K3G 1W2
. ~FACiLiTY~
One 8-lane 50m pool plus two one 25m warm-up/warm down pool
There's plenty of on-deck seating for spectators and free parking.

Warm-ups~7:30-8:50am / Starts~9:00am
ALL ~ Thurs/Fri/Sat Final Sessions ~
Warm-ups~5:00-5:50pm / Starts~6:00pm
ALL ~ Sunday Final Sessions ~
Warm-ups~4:00-4:50pm / Starts~5:00pm
. ~MEET FEES~
$15.00 per event
$20.00 coaching fee (overnight meet)
$5.65 splash fee per swimmer

. ~BONUS SWiMS~
14yrs qualifying in one event may swim TWO bonus events.
14yrs qualifying in two events will receive ONE bonus event.
14yrs qualifying in three+ events will receive ZERO bonus events.
15yrs qualifying in one event may swim ONE bonus event.
15yrs qualifying in two+ events will receive ZERO bonus events.
. ~FiNALS~
There will be an "A" final only for the top 8 swimmers of each event.
. ~SPECiAL NOTES~
~All events are Timed Finals; one false start rule applies.
~Events will be seeded from slowest to fastest!
~Bring a lock to store your valuables in the locker room!
~Please be sure your swimmer has a good night sleep prior to racing!
~Age Categories: 13&U, 14s, 15s, 16&17, Open
~Swimmers will race combined during prelims but will be separated according to age and gender for finals!
