FACiLITY
A renovated 50m 8-lane pool divided into two 25m pools.
There's plenty of seating for spectators and free parking available. Please see Appendix F in the meet package for a detailed map for parking. (Please note their is no parking available at the mall across the street and limited at the school beside the pool.)
SESSiONS
12s+13s ~ Saturday + Sunday Mornings
Warm-ups @ 8:00am / Starts @ 9:00am / Finishes @ 12:30pm
11+Unders ~ Saturday + Sunday Afternoons
Warm-ups @ 1:00pm / Starts @ 2:00pm / Finishes @ 5:30pm
MEET FEES
$12.00 per individual event
$5.65 splash fee per swimmer
$20.00 coaching fee (overnight meet)
Please submit all fees by Wed. June 24th

BONUS SWiMS
Swimmers qualifying in one event may swim THREE bonus events.
Swimmers qualifying in two events may swim TWO bonus events.
Swimmers qualifying in three events may swim ONE bonus event.
Swimmers qualifying in four+ events receive NO bonus swims!
FESTiVAL RECOGNiTiON PACKAGE
Each athlete will be given the following items commemorating the event:
~Rucksack
~Festival Cap
~Festival T-Shirt
AWARDS
Age Groupings/Individual Events: 10&Unders, 11s, 12s, 13s
~Medals for 1st-3rd places; Ribbons for 4th-8th places!
Age Groupings/Relay Events: 11&Under, 12-13
~Medals for 1st + 2nd + 3rd places only!
SPECiAL NOTES
-All events are Timed Finals; one false start rule applies.
-Maximum of six (6) individual events per swimmer!
-Please keep all your belongings with you at all times; do not leave items in the locker room even if you've put a lock on your locker!
-Events will be seeded from slowest to fastest, except distance events!
-Food is not permitted on deck; please bring lots of fluids!
-The City of London does not sell bottles of water, please refill your own!
-Swimmers must be dry and have on footwear when going upstairs. -Please be sure your swimmer has a good night's sleep prior to racing and arrives 15 minutes prior to the start of warm-up!
